Follow the steps to generate google ads for your website or blog:

1. Log in your Google Adsense account with your Gmail id.
2. Click 'Adsense setup' tab.

3. In Adsense setup, click Adsense for content.
4. Here you will find different types of ads and you can customize your ads. We will work first with ad unit so chose ad unit.
5. Chose ad format, colors and corner style. You should give colors matching with your website.
6. Channels are difficult for new user, so you can leave this empty.  Or add a new channel if you want. It is not so important.
7. Continue and Click ‘Submit and get code’.
8.  Copy the html/JavaScript code from the box in next page. DO NOT EDIT THE HTML/JAVASCRIPT CODE. You have to paste this code to your website.
